1. All users shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions provided as a condition of access to, sale through and purchase from Extreme Barcode Inc. By use of any of these services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
 
2. The terms and conditions provided are for the sole, exclusive and definitive agreement between the User, Purchaser, Seller as to any and all transactions initiated through Extreme Barcode Inc. on line services as well as any purchase made from Extreme Barcode Inc.
 
3. All products purchased directly from Extreme Barcode Inc. carry a limited warranty unless otherwise specifically stated in writing.
 
4. Unless specifically stated otherwise, in writing, any shipping costs, outside of shipping costs covered by Extreme Barcode Inc. , and tax, duty and/or brokerage related costs shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
 
5. Unless noted otherwise, warranty terms shall only apply to merchandise shipped to valid addresses in the United States and Canada.

The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia. In the event of a dispute between the user and Extreme Barcode Inc. and for all purposes in connection herewith, the User, Purchaser, and Seller consents to jurisdiction of the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
