• 3-5 business day delivery to the continental U.S and Canada.
• Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and International destinations must call in.
• Overnight delivery is available, please call for an estimate.

3. We will contact you with a RMA#, and instructions on how to return the product(s).

• 21-day return policy on all items.
• 5% restocking fee on all items returned in its original packaging in new condition. Packaging must be double boxed with no markings or writing on the original box.
• Minimum of 15% restocking fees for items returned without the original packaging.
• No refunds on any software, media or ribbons.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returned items unless noted otherwise by Extreme Barcode.
• Should any product(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately for details on product(s) replacement.
